LEGAL STUFF-

All motorcycles, cars, parts, or anything else will be sold with NO warranty, either expressed or implied. This means no returns or refunds.

Some are restored beautifully and others are not. These things are used and come AS IS - they are old and so it shows.

A Clear Title will be supplied if the item being purchased has one. All items are represented by description and pictures with the best available information we have. You should inspect all items, including cars; understand most are not flawless. All purchases of items that you have not personally inspected are still FINAL SALES.

I always make every effort to describe each item true to its state, and, with much integrity, stand behind those descriptions. However, most all of the items I sell are NOT RESTORED, unless noted, and you should expect wear and tear along with imperfections; this is old stuff. If something I have for sale has been restored, the description will state it.

BE SURE TO ASK ALL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE before purchasing; I will be more than happy to answer them all.

For these reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You are welcome to have any thing inspected or appraised by a professional at your expense. All items you agree to purchase must be paid for within 5 business days of your deposit which is required. All of these rules hold true unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties - seller (me) and buyer (you). Shipping expenses will be paid for by the buyer, but I am able to refer shipping companies for some areas.

INSURANCE MUST BE PURCHASED by the buyer on the item at the time of purchase. I am not liable or responsible for your purchased item once you own it, regardless of where it is located. (Including while in transit, which is another very good reason to have your insurance policy ready.)

Payment should be by cash, cashier's check, or money order depending on item purchased and agreement between buyer and myself, as the seller.
